Can I Update My Delivery Address After I Place My Order?

If this is the case, contact  our Customer Service Team  asap on 1300 736 894 or hello@zea.com.au and we will do our best to update it before your order is fulfilled.

However, in most case we cannot change your delivery address after placing your order. This is because your order information is immediately sent to our warehouse where they will prepare your order for dispatch.

However there is no need to worry, as you can update the address details with Australia Post using your tracking number link or contacting AusPost directly. If you can not find your tracking link email please let us know and we will send it to you.

If you are unable to complete the above option or the delivery address you listed doesn't exist, we will contact you should your parcel be returned to us. We will then organised for your order to be reshipped to you.
