I Haven't Received My Order. What Should I Do?

Please check the tracking link that you should have received via email. If there is limited information there may just be a postal service or customs delay.

You can also click the live chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of the website. Click the button “Find an Order” and enter the relevant information.

Our current policy is to wait 10 business days from the expected delivery date. While we understand that this can be frustrating, we find that more often than not the order shows up before then.
